Eugene optimistic for Miller WSB round

Monday 28 May 2012

Eugene Laverty is positive about his chances in the upcoming Miller WSB round. After consistent progress in the two practice sessions, Eugene came through the first two Superpole sessions without much difficulty.

Unfortunately an unexpected problem kept him from competing in Superpole 3 and he had to settle for eighth place: “The progress we've made with the set-up on my RSV4 lets me take full advantage of its potential. Even in Superpole on a qualifying tyre, I finally had a positive feeling. Tomorrow we'll start from the second row, which is not bad, and the goal is to battle for the podium”.
